Creative hackers, developers, designers, and friends of open access to knowledge and culture: join us at the fifth Hack4FI – Hack your heritage! cultural hackathon! Come and get creative with the treasures of cultural heritage. From datasets to APIs and open content platforms, open cultural heritage is there for us to reinvent. Let’s learn and play together!

Register for the hackathon!
The registration to Hack4FI is open until 11 March. The hackathon is free for participants – including complimentary meals and free entry to the museum. Hack4FI 2020 is great for meeting new people, getting creative together and (re)discovering our shared heritage. Check with your guidance counselors and teachers if participating in the event fits into your personal study plan. In addition to an awesome experience, you might earn credits towards your degree.
Hack4FI is hosted by the Finnish National Gallery and organized by AvoinGLAM / Open Knowledge Finland in collaboration with Wikimedia Finland and other cultural heritage institutions in Finland.
